Two Albanians are dead, shot in broad daylight. No-one saw or heard anything. What Reto Flückiger and Liz Ritschard first take for a drug-related showdown turns out to be a case of vigilantism. A sniper deliberately executes villains who have harmed other people with impunity. While the Lucerne police bring in a profiler to help them understand the shooter's way of thinking, the vigilante coolly carries on with his mission.
